La Bubbly

This sparkler has a zippy effervescence that lends to a fancifully light yet creamy texture palate.  Fresh melon, candied lemon zest and yellow rose petals dance their way across the palate.  This is just straight up Yummy!

Recommended for a hot night on the town or a Sunday morning sipper and anything in between.

La Chard

This is not your mother’s Chardonnay.  Old world in its styling, this un-oaked juice allows for the fruit and minerality to be the dominate players.  Bright citrus, green apple, daisies lead way to a structured backbone of spearmint and fresh river rocks.  This is a lively and fresh version of Chardonnay.

La Pinot

This is an old-school style of Pinot Noir where balance and finesse reign supreme i.e. Grand Master Flash-esque.

This is a complex wine with velvety red cherry, pomegranate, and orange zest notes backed by sage, pink peppercorn and rose.  The wine is texturally seductive with satiny tannins, allowing the full spectrum of the subtle nuances to shine.  It’s one of those wines that just keeps evolving in the glass…until it stops evolving that is.
